A Personal Message from Lan Turner and Bob Jensen
a Personal Invitation to Join Us at Bob’s Ranch
Dear Friends
Bob Jensen and I (Lan Turner) are excited to invite you to a special get-together for
our Class of 1982! It’s been too long since we’ve all caught up, and we thought this
would be the perfect opportunity to reconnect, enjoy the outdoors, and share
something we think you’ll find valuable.
Bob has generously offered to host this event at his pheasant hunting ranch on
Friday March 7th and Saturday the 8th (with an optional extra day on Sunday the
9th for those who’d like to stay longer and hunt even more).
We’ve planned a mix of fun, food, and financial insights, including:
•
An investing seminar on Friday, March 7th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, where
I’ll share exciting changes in the financial markets that have created new
opportunities for building passive income. (This is what I teach my university
students, and I’m eager to show my friends what’s been working for me.)
•
A wonderful dinner that evening, Friday March 7th at 5:30 PM.
•
Hang out at the lodge, play pool, BS, watch the big screen, and enjoy each
other’s company till bedtime.
•
Wake for a hearty breakfast Saturday Morning at 7:30 AM on the 8th.
•
A pheasant hunt that morning after breakfast
•
A light farewell lunch that afternoon, 12:00 PM.
How to Plan Your Visit:
•
If you’d like to attend my investing seminar, please arrive by 1:00 PM on March
7th. (This is not a sales presentation, there’s nothing to buy.)
•
If you're not interested in the investment seminar but want to join us for
dinner and hunting, arrive by 5:00 PM on March 7th.
•
If you can’t stay overnight, arrive early on the 8th to enjoy breakfast, go
hunting, and stay for a warm lunch before heading home.
•
If you don’t hunt, no problem, come and enjoy each other’s company.
Accommodations & Costs
Bob has 15 rooms available at his ranch—most have two double beds and private
baths, while a few have twin beds and shared baths, some of us may have to share.
There’s no charge for my seminar, and Bob isn’t charging a fixed amount for
lodging, meals, and hunting. However, I will add, he normally offers this same
overnight hunting package for $650 per person. He’s leaving contributions up to each

of us based on our level of participation. (He’s not trying to make a profit;
he’s just asking that we help him cover expenses.) Please chip in what you feel is
fair for the cost of food, drinks, maid service, and of course, his birds for the
hunt. (Just quietly slip him some cash at the event.)
Can't Make It? No Problem!
We know this is kind of late notice, so if you can’t make it, we completely
understand. Bob says we can do this again soon, so don’t worry if you miss
this one. However, we wanted to get this event in before pheasant hunting
season ends at the end of March—this is the last weekend Bob has open
until next year’s hunting season. If you love to hunt, this is the perfect
time to join us!
RSVP
Please let us know as soon as possible if you can make it. Text 872-222-5428

be bringing your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, or both. (Don’t bring both.) ;-)

and sharing this experience with you. Hope to see you there!
